The Customer service WAS helpful, BUT NO EXCUSE FOR SHORT WEIGHT FLOWER FROM ANY DISPO IN 2026. ESPECIALLY SEVERLY SHORT WEIGHT. ALSO 1/3 OF "SEAL " WASN'T SEALED AT ALL !!! SINCE WHEN DID 2.88 GRAMS BECOME AN 1/8TH ! until trulieve CORRECTS THERE SCALES / RECALIBRATES, I CANNOT RECCOMEND TL FOR ANY FLOWER PURCHASE AT ALL. This is ridiculously underweight. I suggest you weigh your flower each & every time from every dispo. I personally with not be going back to TL for months- maybe by then, when i pay for an 1/8th, I'll actually get 3.5 grams. MMJ card holder 8 years, & i always shop for Quality & Value, and obviously its not here / TL.

Someone must have let the cracker barrel people come in here.. because this place used to look awesome..whatever happened??? Is it supposed to look like a empty storage unit... can we get some art on the walls.. a decent paint scheme maybe 🤔
I always visit this location and I always get treated amazing. Last few times I have been helped by Kaleena. She is amazing and provides top notch customer service. She’s also so knowledgeable on the product selection and always makes great recommendations. Will definitely be back
Everytime you walk in this place its a mess. The clerk was super nice. Its management. Do better. Its 11 o clock on the start of a sale and the manger don't even have the items supposed to be on sale TODAY "checked in". The guy had no clue what was even on sale then lies and says sold out already this morning. Huh??? Excuses SUNBURN Cannabis is the best check them out.
