Trulieve Oakland Park Dispensary

I always have a great experience at Trulieve thanks to Spencer and the manager, George. They’re consistently fast, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. You can tell they really know what they’re doing — they make the whole process smooth and comfortable every time. It’s rare to find a team that’s both efficient and personable, but they absolutely deliver. Highly recommend stopping in and seeing them!

Out of all the Trulieve locations I’ve visited, Oakland Park is my favorite. It’s always smooth, never chaotic and I’m in and out without a long wait. The staff is great and Spencer is next level. He has such good energy and really knows about every product. Every visit here is smooth and easy. I always leave happy.

Spencer was super chill and helpful. Made everything easy and answered my questions without making it feel rushed. Good vibes all around — appreciate it!

The staff is nice but i’m always kept waiting here even though i always place an online order. Every other dispensary i get right in & out. With so many to choose from, this location should really work on improving the guest experience.

Well, I'm sad to have to leave this review. So here's a little back story, as this does not reflect the ANY of the agents or security guard Randy. My husband and I have been avid, and reliable constant customers, for the past 7 months at this trulieve. We both have dual residency, I do have a Florida medical marijuana card that is active, as well as I just seen my doctor to renew my script TODAY! After that appointment, we have a few more errands to run, so I do an online normal order. I check in online, walk in the girl is who always amazing to me proceeds to process my order. There is a communication error with the system and the bank, and $100 is pending on my bank. So I go outside to get my other card, and come back in. Now the manager George actions from here is where this all goes bad. He states he needs my ID to check me in, I hand him my Arizona ID. He hands it back and says I need to have a Florida ID. That this has been a Trulieve policy the past three years. I proceeded to look confused, I just was about to purchase 10 minutes ago, and your holding my money. As well as, I have duaI residency, and I've been coming here the past 7 months. He refuses to to check me in per the trulieve policy. I am a current manager, and I'm shocked, and this. I proceeded to tell him, so you're holding my money, that I'm not worried about, that will drop its pending I get it, and I come in to spend another $100, and have checked in plenty of times with this ID. And you're refusing to check me in. And he stated yes. Shocked .. Let me be clear that I understand new policies. Why that policy has never been enforced at any trulieve that I have been in in the state of Florida. And because of this experience I won't be going back to any truelieve. All my experiences here have been great until today. No worries though, I was able to go right down the street to Sunnyside not even 5 minutes later and utilize my Arizona ID since I DO have a medical marijuana card in the state of Florida. And my Arizona address is listed on my profile. Because I have dual residency. But good job there George, glad your inforcing the rules now. With all that said George, I hope you show this to the owner. And I hope you both realize that you just lost two avid and very reliable customers. Please visit Sunnyside down the street, the guys Branson, Mel, and Danny we're great, and they verified and confirm that is not a state of the Florida policy. And definitely not their policy. George I hope you learned from this. Do better..💯
