I went to this place today because I was told they had a really good selection and since they had a high star rating, I thought hey maybe this is a good place to go to because I have medical conditions and I need specific Terping profiles and I am astounded at the lack of service, not just from the staff, but the lack of care that they had when someone is coming in for a medical product and asks a serious medical question regarding their products and they gave me a shrug of the shoulder and could not have cared less about answering my questions. They ignored me, helped other people, and then continued to ignore me while I sat to the side and when I asked over and over repeatedly if they could just at least recommend something in a terpene profile, that would be safe for me, their answer was we don’t do that Terrible customer service, terrible safety profile and it even looks rickety because the building is even closed in the front so you gotta go through some shady entrance in the back. I am never going back to this place and I don’t recommend that anybody trust these people either. Also, there is zero security, and it does not feel safe at all

My first time shopping at Surterra and I will be back. Tommy helped me and he was kind and very knowledgeable. The store is spotless and the whole experience was great. Plus you get 60% off your first two visits for new customers! I only wish there was a tip cup for the staff.

First time at Surterra highly recommended by my uncle and it was a great experience. The facility has ample parking and is beautiful inside. I walked up to the counter and was greeted by the team there. As a first timer I was a little anxious but Spencer helped me out pulling up all my details and getting me set up with a rewards account. He then walked me through the promo’s available and answered any and all questions I had on the products and lines. I had already researched them online but I understood it a bit more now. Super grateful for his help. Will be back. Products are great with the variety of strains available and different types. The back patches and muscle cream are amazing.
