Amazing Customer Service! I had such a great experience at Trulieve thanks to Jackie! She was super friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable about all the products. She took her time explaining different options and helped me find exactly what I needed based on what I was looking for. She made the whole process smooth and comfortable, and her energy was honestly the best. If you go to Trulieve, definitely ask for Jackie — she’s the sweetest and truly cares about helping customers. I’ll definitely be back!

Horrible experience yesterday thanks to the guy who I got stuck with. I usually place an order for pickup but figured I’d walk in since I didn’t have enough time earlier. When it was my turn, this guy who I hadn’t seen before was immediately annoyed I didn’t know right away what I wanted. Every time I’ve asked for suggestions, the team is always nice and honest. This guy was obviously annoyed that I was even at his register, and disregarded any questions I asked. Don’t know his name but he has dark hair/dark facial hair, and black glasses with some logo on the lens. I’ve never had such bad service at this location. Don’t like people? Don’t work in customer service.

Dumbest customer policies in Fort Lauderdale Gels are consistently less than the 10 you pay for. What better way than to enhance profits than short deliver the customer. Customer pays for 10 receices 8 what a scam, empty packs in containers But they won't allow you to check containers whilst in the store. I won't be back PLUS THE MOST WASTEFUL PACKAGING IVE EVER SEEN. VERY DUMB TIME TO CHANGE PROVIDER Plus servers have an attitude bigger than the sign outside I WONT BE BACK SO MANY QUALITY PROVIDERS TRULIEVE IS NOT ONE AVOID AVOID AVOID AYR 3 PACKS GELS 30 FOR $18 AND THERES 10 IN A PACK!! ​I won't purchase again from this Davie location unless someone responds to this with an actual apology. The check-in process is way too disorganized, and the staff does not use much common sense. I checked in online and patiently waited for over 20 minutes in the lobby since there was no attendant present to check anyone in anyway (nobody is ever present at the check-in stand; they only come back to the front check-in stand intermittently, every 10 minutes or so). Once finally at the front of the digital waitlist on the screen, I saw my name removed without being called, and an email confirming the removal was received. ​I approached someone to ask why this was done, and they said I must stand and wait to physically check in a second time with the attendant (once they decide to send someone to the check-in post every 10 minutes). They use this as a standard practice to auto-remove because "they don't know if I'm actually there in the store." Why auto-remove everyone instead of calling names out loud, as if there is a law preventing them from asking if someone is waiting in the lobby? ​There is no sign anywhere explaining this confusing check-in process. The employee who explained all of this also did it with a condescending attitude, as if it was my fault for not knowing this already. ​I literally left, drove to RISE where an employee first greeted me and held the door open, there was a second assigned attendant employee actually sitting and waiting to check me in with a smile, and they called me back and fulfilled my order within 3 minutes of arriving. So satisfying and so much better than Trulieve.

🔥 Trulieve always comes through! The vibes are great, the staff’s on point, and the service is super quick. Never had a bad experience — they always make sure you leave happy. Definitely one of my go-to spots 🙌💨
