The staff is usually awesome and knowledgeable! However last time my wife and i were there, a young girl with tattoos on her neck/face was rude, and didn't seem to want to help and seemed to not know much about the product. We have a bad taste about shopping now. She could be new or something. But the staff otherwise has been great.
Devyn'ae was incredibly helpful when I stopped by Lova last week. I took my sweet time picking out the strains I wanted to purchase and she did not rush me at all; in fact, she was very accommodating and allowed me to smell and see multiple options and even considered my preference for fruity flavors in making recommendations. The best part? Lova has Dum Dums out for Halloween, and Devyn'ae suggested that I take a Dum Dum for each strain of flower that I had purchased and then helped me pick out a different flavor to match each strain! That's great customer service :) Also, worth mentioning that Lova has a really good selection of flower and good prices too! Plus probably the most convenient location of all the dispensaries in town.
I had a horrific airport experience yesterday involving panic attacks and a lot of stress. It ended with someone saying very hurtful things to me. I came in today to acquire a cart for the rest of my trip and the ladies at front were INCREDIBLE. Helpful, sweet and kind, they made me feel infinitely better about the day ahead with their pleasantness and ability to get me a cost effective solution to my stress. Absolute budtender angels. Well they are over priced like no tomorrow plus they sell you a product without explaining that it isn't just a regular disposable cart but it turns out I bought a 1gram hash disposable cart which I guess equals 3.5 grams on there receipt so yeah.... Very confusing no explanation upon purchase an honestly more over priced than pretty much evey place I've been too
Wonderful place & atmosphere, I got a zip of very high grade herb for a rock bottom price. I am very happy with this joint ! Definitely worth the trip , I'll be back ☺️
