I am happy with my purchase most visits, but the flower can tend to be on the dry, overcured side. I see another review mentioned this and I share that opinion as well. Awesome service and the budtenders are all a pleasure to deal with.
customer service was great! only reason i’m giving this 4 stars is due to some flower i got that was super dry unfortunately :(. i did get a preroll as well that was phenomenal. again, the customer service was great, super friendly and knowledgeable. would definitely return on my next trip out💚
Came through town on a road trip and stopped in. Friendly staff, a clean store, and the budtender took time to help me pick the right strain for the night. The product had a nose and wasn't dried out. Way better than a lot of the dispos I’ve hit in CO. No idea what the negative reviews are about, my experience was the exact opposite. Will return next time I’m in Durango.
The greeter was very kind and cheerful, once inside the clerk was a pompous jerk. Not friendly at all. Did we interrupt his day? Idk, we went out of convenience, will go out of my way to find a different store next trip through!
First time in today and I was very impressed. The Sour D flower reminds me of when I was young with my friends. we all saved up to get that one gram. This Sour D bring me back to those moments. Ed the Manager also took amazing care of me and showed me this amazing 👏 product. Also recommended some great dabs! The shop was spotless upon entry. All Industry employees they offer Industry discount as well. Highly recommend this store and all staff. lThank you for what you do
