You know I really wanna like this place but I visited more than one and they’re kind of the same. I’m an older person. I can’t see the product. I can’t hear a damn thing in the showroom rooms and the people are just darn rude. If your of a mature nature go to mission valley March and ash.
I got to give a HUGE shout-out to V. V helped me with my order and was extremely helpful during one of the busiest rushes I have ever seen in this store. Shout-out to V I hope you are in a leadership position, you are a great employee.

Sold me a defective product and the manager was more concerned on arguing with me than actually solving the issue. Very dissatisfied. At one point the lady manager told me “well there are many more options to go to”. At that point I understood that this manager did not care about loosing a recurring customer. She only cared about being right. She invited me to go outside with her to check out the product just to make up excuses when the product was clearly not delivering. Won’t be coming back to this store…
