March and Ash
About March and Ash
Set on Telegraph Canyon Road in the Sunbow neighborhood of Chula Vista, March and Ash has gone through a notable rebrand — reviewers mention the location now operates as Puff and Dash, with a more relaxed aesthetic than the original clean-modern look. The 4.5 rating across nearly 400 reviews reflects mixed feelings from longtime customers about changes to the loyalty rewards program and Tax-Free Tuesday promotions. That said, the staff still gets credit for being friendly, and the product selection at competitive prices keeps a steady stream of repeat business. The store opens at 6 AM and runs until 9:55 PM every day, one of the longer schedules in the South Bay. If you're shopping for everyday flower, vapes, or edibles and don't have strong attachments to the previous loyalty program, this Sunbow cannabis store is still a practical option. Just go in with realistic expectations about pricing rather than expecting the old rewards setup.

Customer Reviews
First they took away "Tax free Tuesday" then they took away customer loyalty points. There was talk that the prices would be coming down, NOPE. From what I hear, upper management has their head where the sun don't shine, and could care less about retaining loyal customers like myself.
Worth noting its Puff and Dash(?) now. A change from a dispensary that was clean, modern, and trendy in aesthetic to a more relaxed space with lots of options at great prices. Very friendly staff as well.
Arrived at 9:05 pm. They close at 9:55pm. They wouldn't let us in and just waved us off. Never again. Ever. And I'm a new customer. I wish I would ever come back.
Whatever is going on here is problematic. The point system is pointless (no pun intended) and their inability/lack of desire to problem solve their own system problem is why we unfortunately won’t be returning anymore. It isn’t the first problem we’ve had but today was the last. Unfortunately, M&A has taken a swift turn for the worse in recent months regarding customer service and valuing their long term clients. I was told today my points wouldn’t be honored unless I had a previous receipt to prove I earned them and then was told they stopped printing the points on the receipts months ago and good luck. Terribly poor service left us beyond disappointed.
Been going to March & Ash for the last 4 years. They’ve always had some of the best deals with “no tax” Tuesdays or have brand days where each day varies with great deals on various brands each day. Now they’ve gone downhill with the lack of deals for their customers and are just for profit. What once cost me between $80-$90 for an ounce now costs over $120+ with no deal in sight to save. Time to find a new flower shop that cares about their customers rather than their profit $$
