Very good store the cashiers are pretty cool and prices are good. They have a return policy that if it’s damaged they can replace it and they do not hold up to that at all that’s my only negative. It snapped in my pocket.
Truly dissapointed. Tried to make an honest effort to get some simple medication and all I got was the wrong phenotype of plant and of course, the employee did not seem to have any regard for the fact they gave me the wrong thing insisting it was. And regretably it seems like the 'owner' just seems to give a ton of 'we really care' responses to save face with the public. I wonder if they honestly expect every single customer they screw over and are rude to will take it so well? It's like a sleazy movie director, making publicity statements then doing nothing about it. My dad tried to call yesterday and again, super rude employees. Just plain embarrasing.
I love Green Lady, I mostly shop at Green Lady West since it’s very close to me, and they have such a great staff. (I do love the staff on the east side as well) This last trip, Samantha was my budtender, and was absolutely wonderful. I got such great service and they suggested some great new pre-rolls for me to try as well as a couple of other things. Samantha is awesome; friendly, warm, professional, and knowledgeable. They made the visit really fun and I’m really enjoying all of their suggestions.
Definitely my favorite store to support. Everyone is always super helpful and very nice. Also they always have the best deals along with a great selection. If you happen to not have a great experience, which would be unusual, just remember there are three different locations. One of them is sure to be your regular spot. I like the one on the west side and the newer one in Lacey.
