I took my mother in law here the other day to find something to help ease her cancer pain but was unable to go inside. There was a customer with a cat ahead of us while we were making our way to the doors. My MIL is extremely immunocompromised and is not allowed to be around animals at this point in her treatment. I didn’t know what to do and I couldn’t have her waiting in the rain or have her get in and out of the car again bc that causes her so much pain! So we had to leave to keep her safe even though this shop looked so promising. Perhaps I’ll try again and get out first to make sure the coast is clear? I think it just rattled me bc I wasn’t expecting to have a cat inches from my mils face at a store? Anyways, thank you for listening.

came in looking for something that wouldn’t make me anxious and got the pleasure of being helped by Ethan! He knew so much about what strains would be the most helpful for me and what i was looking for! I walked out with a better understanding of what I should be looking at- I definitely will be coming back!! best customer service I have had in a while :) the product he sold me made me feel so relaxed!

I went into The Green Lady today and worked with Ethan. I’ve never really had any issues coming into this store before, but today I left pretty disappointed with the service. The sales rep who helped me came across as rude, even sighing and looking unimpressed when assisting me. I came in for Saving Sundays to grab some edibles, and the interaction just felt off. I’m a pretty simple customer and usually only need the basics, but even that seemed like a problem. I considered mentioning it to a manager, but I didn’t want to make a scene or be an inconvenience. I just feel like if a store is going to operate in this space, the staff should at least seem willing to help rather than frustrated to be there. Every other visit I’ve had has been positive with good vibes, which is why this experience stood out to me.

I have been blessed during my travels across the USA to stumble across Green Lady when I first arrived in WA in 2019. They have been one of my favorite dispensaries ever since. Their customer service is always exceptional. Their staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and authentic. They love my puppy Leo and they always give him hugs and treats when he comes in with me to get my medicine. I love the deals that they run weekly and I drive an hour each direction just to come to this location. All the bud tenders are truly amazing. My last encounter there was with Reiko and they were really patient with me as I decided to switch routes last minute. I really appreciated her kindness through it all.
