I was rushed, no way to smell product before buying. No ounces for sale, they suggest you just go ahead and buy 8 overpriced eighths. If I buy eight eighths I expect an ounce price. Figure it out geniuses! Also the rosin was absolutely disgusting completely overwhelmed with chlorophyll smell and taste. Definitely the worst dispensary I've tried in the Sioux Falls Area so far. My first time there I got 75% off and still was only just satisfied with the quality for the money. Made the mistake of going back a second time and always regretted it. Flower was okay but seemed like it was sprayed with artificial terpenes and maybe something else. Overall I found the experience of trying to buy ounces of flower very frustrating with no clear solution, no good options to mix and match, and always some catch that drives the price up. Oh yeah and the employees always acted like I was stupid for trying to figure out how to get an ounce at a decent price, maybe they were right LOL! They only have pre-packed ounces of certain types, and everything is prepacked. So yeah no way to get most things in ounce quantity, let alone half ounce or quarter or whatever, there should be price breaks every time you go up in amount like anywhere else. Their business model is definitely not smart, charging the same price for eighths no matter how many you get! All their sales are essentially a trick and you will never be able to get what you want for the price you think it should be. Go somewhere else!

Don't use their card machine, they charged me $7 extra for it. Just to use my card. I get a couple dollars, but $7? That's greedy and I honestly just don't want to go there anymore. They told me on the phone it said on the card machine, but I read everything on the card machine and it was not there. It could have been but the tender held the machine the whole time and I couldn't see the screen 100% of the time. Maybe they did that on purpose so I wouldn't see the extra charge. And your bank still charges you extra on top of that. Also the lady on the phone thought she put me on hold, but she actually didn't. And I heard her complain about me and say " I put her on hold and she might hang up but I don't care", wow, next time I go in I'm definitely bringing attention to this. All these comments saying they have good customer service, yeah besides when they think you can't hear them.
