I'm an og med patient and have used various dispos throughout area, Pittsburgh, and a lot have been really good and helpful. Zen McKnight however, honest next level. Visiting inside location is great - warm and welcoming front counter w super cool free snacks! - and once with consultant, a continued warm, welcoming experience. This location has completely changed how I view and implement the medicinal benefits of various types of products. I learned what temps to vape which types at for max benefit. And the drive thru, even when pulling up to pick up and 3 cars in front, this Zen is like ChikFilA drive thru, maybe better. Aero pay and Zen McNight only combo need to know.
Great staff, very clean, nice parking lot --- but closing at 7pm is way to early. OR is 2 blocks up the road and stays open till 9. I get off work at 630 and with mcknight traffic, they're closed by the time I get there. Sooo OR gets 90% of my business.

I love everyone here and all the products. I like that most things stay on the menu a LONG time so I can keep buying my favorites. The quality is 🤌🤌 everytime. Never needed to exchange anything. The staff is knowledgeable. Helpful. Funny. Kinda makes me wanna work here it's so chill lmao
They always have what I need and they definitely have the best prices! That’s a win-win in my opinion! Handicap parking is available, and the people inside are very friendly and helpful.
