I would give zero stars if i could based on a recent experience. An employee, Dustin, was extremely rude to someone I know. That kind of behavior is disappointing and unprofessional. Customer service plays a major role in creating a welcoming environment, and interactions like this make it difficult for people to feel comfortable returning. I hope management addresses this and reinforces the importance of respectful service.

The receptionist lady was super nice and friendly. WAY MORE helpful and informative than my actual budtender. I definitely had a pretty bad first experience here. The budtender didn't help me at all and he didn't explain a single thing about anything, knowing this was my first time. I probably will not be back here and I feel scammed.
