I had an outstanding experience thanks to my bud tender OHENMAA. From the moment I walked in, OHENMAA was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. I came in dealing with a lot of pain, and he took the time to really listen and understand what I was going through rather than rushing the interaction. OHENMAA’s knowledge of the products was impressive—he clearly explained different options, how they might help with pain management, and what to expect from each one. What stood out most was his compassion and patience. OHENMAA o made me feel comfortable asking questions and ensured I left with something that was appropriate for my needs. It’s rare to find someone who combines deep product knowledge with such empathy and professionalism. Because of his help, I was able to find relief and felt confident in my purchase. I’m truly grateful for the care and attention he showed, and it made a big difference in my experience. I highly recommend asking for them if you want someone who really knows their stuff and cares about helping customers feel better.

I would give zero stars if i could based on a recent experience. An employee, Dustin, was extremely rude to someone I know. That kind of behavior is disappointing and unprofessional. Customer service plays a major role in creating a welcoming environment, and interactions like this make it difficult for people to feel comfortable returning. I hope management addresses this and reinforces the importance of respectful service.

The receptionist lady was super nice and friendly. WAY MORE helpful and informative than my actual budtender. I definitely had a pretty bad first experience here. The budtender didn't help me at all and he didn't explain a single thing about anything, knowing this was my first time. I probably will not be back here and I feel scammed.

Amazing experience every time! The associates here are super knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. Ed was super nice and understanding, he helped me get the medication I needed quickly and efficiently. They always take the time to walk me through different options and make sure I get exactly what I need. The atmosphere is relaxed, the products are high quality, and the customer service is top-tier. Easily one of the best medical dispensaries around. Highly recommend!
