Hi, I want to share my experience with Maitri. I feel really bad because I thot my card was hacked at this location. After I made a purchase at the store, I noticed my debit card was used at another location, blocks away. For some reason when you check out, it will show a totally different address on your bank statement or app. I want to apologize because I thot my card was hacked at this location. I really like the people, they are all so helpful & kind. As a new patient, they made me feel comfortable.

First of all, the employees are fantastic and do a wonderful job. I have spent $150-300 a month here for the last three years, $5-10k total. Recently, I was informed of a planned change in policy/pricing regarding the point system. I have also noticed a gradual and consistent increase in prices for some of their Maitri branded products. After getting used to paying a certain price point as a regular customer, it’s disappointing to see this change and I will unfortunately have to take my business elsewhere. I hope to see a change that returns to previous prices. Thankfully there are other options in the east end that will still be offering the level of pricing I was used to.

Maitri is my go to FOR SURE! The customer service is always the best; I'm greeted and treated with kindness every time. The entire staff has been good to me, but Rachel's purple hair, it's absolutely amazing and my favorite color! I appreciate coming in, knowing I'll be taken care of. Thank you guys for always being the best! ✨

Maitri always delivers a fantastic experience at their medicinal marijuana dispensary. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, which helps me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout my visits. Plus, their prices are very reasonable, offering great value without compromising on quality. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service and affordable products!

Been a long time customer, so I feel sad about leaving this review. Went to pickup yesterday, was told my total was something like $174(which I expected, and withdrew $180 at the ATM near the front desk). The kind staff member attending me asked if I wanted to use my points as I had $15 dollars worth of points. That brought my total to $159. Without much thought I gave the employee all the cash I withdrew. They count it and give me back my change: $1. I point out to the employee that I believe that gave them $180, and they say I gave them $160. They go to the back to check cameras. When they come back, they returned with another employee who said they couldn’t see in detail in the camera how much money was counted. Apparently, nothing could be done then and that I would have to wait for them to close out and count the registers, and that they would call me with an update. They never called. Now on to the issues(aside from not being called). It’s insane to me that there’s no way for them to check how much money has been paid to them, but whatever I can work with that. What I can’t get over was how poorly the customer service was during this encounter. First, at no point the employees demonstrated any sort of apology for what is ultimately a failure on their part. Second, the employee who initially attended me should have counted the money and voiced the total amount given (other employees at Maitri do this routinely). Anyway, they can keep the $20 that I had already expected to part with. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
