Trulieve Medical Marijuana Dispensary Pittsburgh

So firstly I would to thank Kordell Washington!! He went above and beyond when I first met him. I did not have my medical card yet I was waiting for it in the mail. He actually came outside when he did not have to come outside but he told how it had worked. That once I get my medical card in the mail go by the date that is allowed then put it up their doorbell with camera and the backside so that they know you are a patient and not just anybody. But at first I had no idea how it worked because I never owned a medical card ever in my life span. So he helped me out. Then he is willing to help you decide wether what you need or a reference to what could be great for your needs etc. If you don't know what you would like once you get in they would help you decide just kinda as mentioned. Not just him but all of the other staff are very very friendly and willing to help with your needs. Trulieve has some great leaders and representatives that help also their for your needs. Very friendly staff!! They will not judge or anything! When I had got the "Baby Turtle" 🐢 by Khalifa Kush I had to have fun with it a little and had some dry sift to make the medicine look like it was hatching from the sand to go back to the ocean! But I enjoy their service and will attend to use this dispensary then any other dispensary! I'm very thankful and I thank them especially Kordell Washington one of kind! Also would like to thank Trulieve for allowing me to come and get my medical needs! Just in general major thanks and lots of 🫶🖤💛🖤💛🫶💪

The staff is phenomenal!! They are very up on knowing all the new products, request that I try this or that! Great employees who make you feel right at home and who are always happy to help you find what you need! 🙏😊 Don't be afraid to ask for help, and to let them know what is *actually* going on- they are extremely educated on which terpenes, strains, products, etc help with specific issues like nausea, cramps, etc!

Great team, great staff — Michelle is absolutely the best. Pittsburgh was in the middle of a massive snowstorm and the city was pure chaos, but stopping into Trulieve felt like a calm blessing on a hectic day. Michelle was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to actually listen, answer questions, and explain everything in a way that made sense. I prefer this store over all the others. Their whole team is awesome — very caring, very pleasant, and truly makes the experience enjoyable.

Every visit to this dispensary has been great! Huge shoutout to Kordell for being such an outstanding and friendly associate from Day 1, really appreciate him recommending Khalifa Kush. Also, big thanks to Ohene, who’s always a smiling, helpful, and friendly face every time I come in. Parking can be tricky during the day, but it’s super convenient for late hours, walking, or public transportation. The staff and positive energy make it totally worth it (:
