I am 72yo and have never been treated better by all the staff. Bad employees don't last here if hired at all. All 5 star reviews except 4 or 5 people you could never please if you wanted to. Great selection, great hours, great sales and discounts. My go to dispensary in Salem. Highly recommended. 👍👏
Horrible customer service. I bought weed that was 20% off but they forgot to add the discount when finalizing the sale. I walked back in 15 minutes later after noticing there was no discount applied, and told them the discount didn’t get applied. They told me “shit happens.” The $20 discount would have taken $5.60 off of my total, so I asked for a free $5 joint or to get my $5.60 back, and they told me explicitly “you’re not getting your money back.” And also offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase, instead of just fixing the 20% discount on my previous purchase. When asking for an explanation, they said “since you refuse to understand please leave.” I have never experienced service like this anywhere and I was absolutely shocked.
Phenomenal customer service!!! Used to go to livewell because it was closer to my place, but this is worth the extra mile!! Amazing customer service, good deals and phenomenal flower quality even with the $3 joints! This is my new go-to, plus I think it’s clever they are placed right next to the recycling drop
