OG Collective Dispensary - Hawthorne Salem

I was a regular for like a hot second, I still live close by but I decided to change my review. I have my OLCC and have even put in my resume there. So it's a good place especially when you get them deals. The prices have gone up but like where hasn't? I went done in my review because while there, the concentrates are often tipped on storage so it gets on the side walls and lid. Also, not having the bus tender weigh my bud or like to not have a shelf with tiers and the product put out the way other places do, how I feel they should, has been an issue for me. I think the bud is already pre weighed there's no room for any flexibility in what you want there often times. Also, the bud is not seen prior to sell so I bring it home it's like dry shake or not great sometimes. Not being able to have more control over my products as a consumer I guess is my point. Last thing.. They aren't great with helping you with a good deal based on descriminitive judgements. Like if you're hurting at the end of a pay period and can't afford a bigger purchase, they definitely treat you differently. I go on with lots of cash they are better at their job but when me or partner comes in with a couple bucks in quarters and suddenly we barely get attention. Definitely not willing to help much when asking what is most affordable, ect. Otherwise, it's been good. The area there on Hawthorne is scary for single women and I think the ambivalent or flippant customer service can be hurtful. If you're sensitive I would steer clear

OG always has what I need. The prices are fair and the staff are chill. I like covert dabs and buddies all-in-one carts.

Shout out to Gina! She’s always so personable and such a good energy about her. She is very knowledgeable and her costumer service is 5 stars! Highly recommend visiting her if you need help with what to get with a friendly approach!

One of my favorites spots. 99% of the time they have exactly what need and like. The staff are ALWAYS friendly. They know their stuff. They also have incredible deals. I really like the products especially Bobsled brand. And I love the new hardware and that they put the terp profile in the package. I’m someone who considers the terpene profile on my cannabis. So the fact that brands list them and the staff know them. Is just another reason why I enjoy this dispensary.

Awesome shop! 🐸 And then... ... 6 years later they're still one of my favorite shops! Always great price for great quality buds and Flowers and dabs and do-dads.
