Stopped by The Joint in Salem and had a super smooth experience. The staff was genuinely helpful.. no pressure, no “upsell vibe,” just good questions .The store is clean, well-organized, and the checkout was quick. If you want a dispensary where people treat you like a human, this is it.

Very chill group of professional sales people. The store itself is quiet and the staff are always willing to help. The quality of product is very nice and a big enough variety you won’t get bored. They take the time to explain the differences in thc and cbd variants to set you up for a nice day. I’m happy you guys are all still there and open again.

The best Rec & med shop on market. I’ll explain. One. Marry the dog greats everyone through the door. Instant dopamine hit. Two. Their friendly bud tenders. I’m new to Oregon. They have always treated me like they’ve know me for years (tip your service industry) Three. I support local community owed businesses. In a market flooded with big money. I like to see companies putting dollars back in to the communities they operate in. Four. The goods! I’ve never been disappointed after making a purchase. Which has not always been the case. You’d think it would be easier to satisfy a bunch of pot heads, but turns out we are pretty picky 🤣 Five. The selection is always fresh with new! Signs on the selves every time I visit. What more do you need to know? ✌️

Went in for a 1/2 oz and was the girl refused to give my medical discount saying ut was a special price already, she refused to take state taxes off the price and i was asked to leave when i tried to explain it to her..once jeff the the prf for the joint came out apologized her ignorance, gave me the ommp medical price.. Fast forward a few months because they unexpectedly closed up for a few months.i stopped their market location..i ended up with the same girl budtending as mentioned above..when i was looking and some flower and prices, there was a advertisement for 20% off if you left a review..so when i asked about it while looking at top shelf flower, i was told "you already get the medical discount if it would make it below cost and we cant afford to do an additional discount" wheen i tried to explain that medical was not a discount because ommp card holders do not pay TAXES it not a dis ount she pointed toward the door and said i could leave now....this is the second incident with the same young lady..she should be dismissed for discrimination against OMMP card holders.. she has no clue how the system works...SERIOUS retraining and education at least...

Fantastic experience! Dave was very welcoming and helpful, as was Lance. The shop is bright, clean, and well organized. Tons of selection, even for us light-weights. Highly recommend!
