Dude had product right in front of me and turned around and told me he didn’t have it, this was after I caught him trying to charge me more money. Most horrible customer service ever!!!!!
Brady , the bartender was very helpful super kind and always professional 10 of 10. Best experience places in Salem stop by it’s the best.
This store sucks, I went into the store to get something for pain, when I walked in the worker Darnell was on his PHONE. His knowledge of helping me well he was incorrect and incompetent. I ended up giving what I PURCHASED away cause it wasn't helping. It was a waste of money, if I could give this place negative stars I would say -5. I URGE people go somewhere else especially if you're looking for something specific. Or I hope you get someone more knowledgeable other than that im taking my business elsewhere. Screw that guy. That was about a week ago now or so, honestly I should have posted sooner but been going to Truth which the people have been a huge help.
John at this location was amazing. He was super helpful, and funny. I always feel so out of place in dispensaries but he made it a super comfortable experience. Will definitely visit this location again because of his customer service.
I come here all the time once off my favorites!!! The staff here are awesome al of them but I've got to say John is one cool dude!! Very knowledgeable and friendly as they come.. total 5 star
