A 3-day return policy on cartridges is horrible. You shouldn't need a receipt for a return exchange on a defective product. The POS system should track people's purchases via phone number or card used.
Always a great place! They make it personal and according to your needs where as the other places I’ve been to they just want to get you in and out! I appreciate the personal service and am a customer for life.

Never had an issue here until today. Went in a couple days ago to get a cart and they recommended to me I buy a mule cart because they are on sale. Worked great for a couple hits, then became very harsh with little to no smoke, definitely un smokable. So I attempted to return it today, the cart was still full. The lady put the cart on a battery in the store and pressed the fire button untill it started smoking in the store and said because she can hear the coil firing and smoking that she can’t return it. I will not be returning here, I will also let everyone know how I feel about your terrible customer service at this location.
