My pipe had broke suddenly and I had to get a new pipe. I had my pipe for many years and I'm not very skilled with pipes but the one hitter type pipe they sold me came with a crack on the inside that I wasn't able to see in the store until I shined a flashlight through it to see the pretty multicolored design. Their glass pieces are faulty and cheaply made/obtained. The other pipe I got from here was also extremely delicate and frail :/ and I am deeply disappointed since it seems like the employees took advantage of me the second I said I don't have very much knowledge around pipes. I'm am very sad because normally the staff here are wonderful but the customer treatment over the last year has sadly deteriorated :((

Unfortunately due to false advertising I will no longer come here. I absolutely loved this shop. Been coming for 6+ years. But after today I will be looking into other dispensaries near me. Today, I had got some pre rolls from their online store. I picked out indica due to being a Indica smoker to help with anxiety. When I picked up the pre rolls and opened up the black bag all I saw were infact not indica pre rolls. When I went back inside to say something they said all sales are final. Now I’m stuck with weed I can’t even smoke and weed isn’t cheap. If I had known the pre rolls were sativa I wouldn’t have gotten them but they advertised them as indica . Very disappointing. I understand mistakes happen but you should help the customer out if it’s your mistake.

With carts there’s always gonna be that chance that you’re gonna get a bad one and I had that happened to me at kind leaf. I went back to get a replacement and that one wasn’t working either and when I came back for the third time, they were still super polite to me and offered me a different selection with the same brand, and the vape finally worked. The reason it wasn’t working was because of the vape not the battery I exchanged my battery twice just to make sure, and when I came back the third time to kindleaf, they were super polite they Didn’t have to help me with the exchange, but they did it out of their own kindness. thank you kind leaf From my mother going here And now her daughter, I am very proud to say that this is my favorite dispensary
