I like the fact its small. It's not overwhelming like Thurs. Someone usually says hello. The reason I'm going with 4-stars is because I feel like the customer service (especially at night) could be a bit more lively and welcoming. I almost feel an internal rush to hurry cause it always seems like they are doing inventory or something and the energy is low. And I REALLY want a hoodie but never have a small in when I do have the money for one. But always clean, customers are well mannered.
Hailee assisted me at the Pendleton location, she was bright, cheerful and incredibly helpful. I asked for a little bit of everything and she didn’t complain once as I listed off numerous products. So thank you, Hailee, you made my trip easy and enjoyable!
Absolutely love this shop and my main favorite team: Abel, Damion and Doc!! They are fast, efficient and professional. Always making sure everyone gets the best deal and find just what they need or want! Never disappointed! Thanks guys!
Damien is awesome. Always goes above and beyond to help me find what I'm looking for but if I don't know what I want he's always there to recommend something amazing. Also he always stocks me up on stickers to go in my collection which is fantastic!!!
