I was overcharged for 2 items I did not receive after checking my receipt in the car I came back in, and I asked them why I was overcharged. Alex said you want free merchandise? And I said no I want my money back for what I didn't receive. And I asked her to check the cameras and she said they can't Check the cameras until the manager come back the next day. Do not shop here they are rude and disrespectful. Especially Alex. Staff needs better training in customer service. What's the point of having cameras if you don't used them, to protect customers and employees transactions, and need to comeback for a refund from something that was there mistake. They give you a hard time here.

Today was my first time in, heard nothing but good things. Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me pick out some prerolls. He was very sweet and took his time with me. Best customer service I’ve experienced and will definitely be back… he definitely exceeded my expectations.
