Didn't have what I was looking for but I enjoy asking 420 related questions to the knowledgeable and perfectly friendly. I ended up buying a product I was reluctant to buy, was happy after I tried it. Definitely will buy it again

Date: Thursday, January 22, 2026 Time: Approximately 1:00 PM I had a very disappointing experience at the front counter on this date and time. The male employee who assisted me provided poor customer service and was unhelpful throughout the interaction. I specifically asked for a certain type of product, but was instead sold something completely different from what I requested. The product given to me was from a bag that was already sitting out, and it is not something I have ever purchased before. When I questioned this, the employee incorrectly insisted that I had bought it previously, which is not accurate. I expect staff to be knowledgeable, attentive, and willing to guide customers based on their questions and preferences. Unfortunately, this experience felt rushed and dismissive, and I left feeling misled rather than helped. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers receive the level of service they deserve.

Went to this location 11/7 and there was a hand written sign. I had been before, thought it kind of strange. The sign reads be back in 5min. I waited in the snow and rain for over 15. I then walked down the road to a competitor and had an in and out experience. I put in a preorder and this merchant, who was never open decided to charge me for the item. I even sent an email to their support email. No response. I called the store the day of 2 different times, no response. I see then, the next morning, there is a voice mail from the store about picking up my order from sometime in the evening prior. I had asked for it to be cancelled and had to dispute the charge with my bank. Not a resident and I will not be going back to get what amounts to about 42 US dollars. Real shame. This is a business where the product moves itself. You just…have to be open when you say you are.

Went to pick up an online order and waited about 20 mins until I ordered from a different shop down the street. At least be honest in the note if you're gonna walk away from the business for more than a few mins on a Friday afternoon....

Met Peter today who was super knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the atmosphere in the store and that they had 1spliff my fav pre roll company!
