This the best dispensary in town..the staff are full of positive vibes. Krista and Britt are excellent bud tenders. (Its good to leave them a tip) Sativa compared to Indica or THC vs CBD they will answer any questions you need help with. There is a really tall man who also helped me alot, im sorry I dont know your name..but you're very good at your job... and blessed with being really tall. Concentrates are always chilled, some other places sell them at room temp and when you open up they are leaky and messy. Not at Honey Pot.. Thank you Krista and Britt for your patience, honesty, efficiency, personal recommendations and just being yourselves.

Everytime I go in or order I get friendly, helpful, engaging customer service. I loved my extra gifts sent in my delivery today, it really made my day:)

Where to begin? I love this place and everyone there, but if I had to mention one person it would have to be BRIT! Sorry to the rest of the awesome people in there but Brit was/is the one person that keeps me coming back. The product is always awesome (but I can purchase the same product anywhere) but you’ll only find one Brit! Has always made me feel like one of the family here. Always has just whatever I’m craving and all I need to say is flower or pre roll. She definitely has her finger on the pulse of what’s in or out week by week, and what’s my best option to fully enjoy and extend my dollar the farthest. She truly is the Chef Ramsey of greenage, minus the shitty attitude and yelling! Thanks again my ‘sister’ from another mister. If I can use that description! ❤️ My friend for life! And my dogs love ya so that’s a bonus.

Excellent service on my very first visit. location super clean and a team of exceptional knowledgeable staff. Sam and Britney Makes you feel so special and understand your needs. This is the go to cannabis dispensary with no attitude. A staff willing to answer your questions with professionalism and a super smile. The best in town. Positive and welcoming atmosphere!! I have been a loyal customer at Honey Pot Niagara for a long time, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I purchased a vape cartridge on Monday and by Saturday night it exploded in my pen. When I returned Sunday for an exchange, I was told I could not because I did not have the original packaging. At no point was I ever told to keep the packaging. I was only told to keep my receipt and that my purchases are saved on my profile so I also had that to rely on as proof of purchase. The employee even tried to print off a receipt to show me "keep original packaging" and could not find anything on the receipt that mentioned this and crumpled up the receipt thew it away and still, they refused to make it right. As a loyal customer, I find this unacceptable. If this is how Honey Pot chooses to treat people, I will take my business elsewhere. UPDATE -> Amaan reached out to me and not only made things right, but also added “Keep original packaging” to the bottom of the receipt for clarity. Because of this, I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. I also want to give a special shout-out to Britt for her kindness and understanding throughout the process.
