True North Cannabis Co - Niagara Falls Dispensary

I’ve been a customer since day one at this location and hands down this is the best staff and prices around. I’ve never had a problem with a single person. Everyone is polite and professional.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I had an unpleasant encounter with a man that was working at this location. His tone and the way he had spoken to me as I was ordering as if I was stupid? I was just asking questions that pertained to the strains of prerolls and it was as if I was wasting his time ? Love this location typically I was just taken aback with the attitude.

Monday night I had an interaction with a new male employee who made my experience far more frustrating than it needed to be. I am always served by girls, mostly Sam and the girl with long colourful hair. Throughout the conversation I had with him, he was very passive aggressive, responding to my questions with an attitude that made me feel as though he thought I should already know the answers. His tone came across as condescending, as if he thought I was being an inconvenience when I was simply asking for help. I didn’t deserve to be treated as though I’m an inconvenience for trying to understand a product. Never have I had this issue or been treated this way by any staff at any location I have been to. This was a very upsetting and unsettling experience that has left a sour taste in my mouth.

I won't shop here again. The receipt said Miriam but it was a man who served me. First time customer .. not too sure exactly what product I wanted. The menu on the wall is on digital screens that keep changing every ten seconds. I told the staff I am finding this very difficult and frustrating to try to read the products. I asked if they have a printed list of products and the answer was "we usually do but not right now". So after I had tentatively selected a few products, I was trying to compare them, the guy told me to just "hurry up and pick something there's a line forming behind you". I don't know why they didn't just serve the other customer on the other till. Anyways I'm sure they won't care that I never shop there again anyways.

Best dispensary/smoke shop I’ve ever been to! Got these pieces for $23 total on sale and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. We came in 4 different times in 3 days and each visit was a pleasure. Staff is super chill, helpful, personable, and kind too! I wanted to see a few different pieces from the back and they were nice enough to bring lots of options out for us to see. My partner and I hope to stop by every time we travel up north~
