Long detailed review: I recently bought a disposable. Which I took home and opened a few hrs later , which was defected and entirely empty. I had no receipt on me but I did register that day with them by phone number. So I gave them a call back. I was worried I might be refused a exchange as i didn't have a receipt. But the girl over the phone gladly responded that they can still do my exchange. Just to keep the packaging also with it and they will locate my purchae and help me. I went back and they happily and without any hassle replaced it. And another thing which was great was that, the willingness to look up the purchase even if I ddint have the membership was amazing to see. And big props to the staff! When I walked in and just mentioned that I gave a call regarding it. The employee right away recognised and helped me. Even tho she was not perosn who I bought it from, she was not the person I spoke with over the phone, yet she was still informed that I would be going in! Great props for that! Keep up the good work guys! Never been this happy with a exchange! Thank you
The budtenders are knowledgeable and helpful. Great prices and membership is free! They have good inventory & supply. If you want something specific ask for it, every day they have specific specials in my included picture!
