amazing place. great price, great selection and even better staff. personally i’d like to highlight ari. she is wonderfully helpful, extremely friendly and curates guest experiences to their individual preferences. definitely someone you would want at the helm.

I started shopping here because of great deals and prices were good. I’ve walked into this store a total of 5 times. All 5 times my account information is messed up and they were the ones to set it up. They Consistently blame the computer for misinformation about products and mistakes in profile. 4 times I’ve ordered off the website, paid online and when picking up the products in store they were sold out of at least one of the items. I checked online and I could still order the product even though staff said otherwise. I have never found the staff there to be knowledgeable. They typically don’t know about any of their products. Also, having 2 staff and a 30min line only to be told what you bought online and here to pickup is sold out. When ordering an infused joint with 50% THC and a product of a different name , brand and THC of 35% is wrung up, I spoke up and said “this isn’t what I ordered”. The dude said this is the closest thing to what you ordered, we don’t actually have what you ordered. I then asked, “ was anyone goning to tell me that I’m overpaying for a product I don’t even want and trying to slip it past me?” Dude shrugged and walked out. Not to mention I’ve heard an employee yell from the back and walk out in the middle of a shift due to lack of management. Which makes sense considering nothing is ever actually managed there and when there is an issue employees blame it on the company computer. Not worth your time, money or headaches this place gives you.

Terrible location. Staff are trash and extraordinarily rude for no reason. They follow you around and get in your personal space. I've never been to a canabis store where the staff do this and make customers intentionally uncomfortable. I being in my 40's have also never been ID'd at the door because I'm visibly my age... the staff however, acted as if I was some 12 year old child who hired an FX makeup artist to make me appear older just so I can buy weed products lol. What a complete joke. That being said, I understand this may be a policy, but being rude to paying customers is never a policy anywhere. Ever. Based on this visit I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Even if I'm at the Costco and it's the most convenient location (which is the only reason i found myself here), I will be going out of the way for better service at another store. For anyone reading this review.. Honey Pot just across the bridge in the Walmart plaza is so much nicer and the staff are lovely! If you're headed Fonthill way, Grand Canabis is always a treat and their staff/selection is also superior to this awful location. Basically, ANY canabis store would be better. I work hard for my money. Where I spend it matters to me. I expect better.

Absolutely awful experience. Staff followed me around uncomfortably close (less than a foot away), rushing me and not allowing me to look at their selection. Both staff members were excessivly rude to me this evening. They also denied my husband access. While I do understand ID policy, he is visibly well over the age the government requires to check ID. That's fine. I understand that. I was so uncomfortable with my experience I will never return to this location. I've never been talked down to by staff like today. Honestly, honey pot isn't that far away. Save yourself the disrespect and go there. At least you'll be treated like a paying customer

Great products (straight from OCS), great customer service I had a “skinny white kid with glasses” (as another reviewer put it) serve me, he was helpful, kind, and nice to me. Maybe because I was kind to him (treat people how you want to be treated). I’m not sure why this place is getting bad reviews I have been using cannabis before it was legal, I’ve been to many… people.. and now shops. The availability of Cannabis is legal and now ~$110 an ounce instead of ~$160-$220, anyways, love the store keep the stock up, especially the concentrates fridge ;) thanks for everything, love the elite membership too!
