don’t bother coming here. pre rolls are all shake and now they don’t sell any less than 3 grams as a minimum purchase. disappointed, this place used to be good but they renovated and has had shitty service ever since. not to mention the budtenders don’t even understand the products they’re selling. had a girl call a cart a “screw-on” multiple times, even after i asked to make sure it was an actual screw on cart, to find out it was a disposable the whole time. she told me that “carts” aren’t a thing.

I've been coming here for a while. Without fail everytime I get pre rolls here they are trash. They are all completely dry shake and fall apart. The pre rolls are never put together correctly. I know I know it's not technically their fault they don't make them. But they know dang well their pre rolls are trash I've heard many people tell them. They need to warn customers or stop using that brand. It's ridiculous. It's a waste of money. They also won't let you bring it back if it fell apart in the ground in front of you. Everyone is always personally nice to me but ya the product is crap and the prices are stupid. Also when they run out of things it's like a month before it's back, don't waste your time. Go to American!

Budtender was nice but I asked multiple times if the “disposable” she was talking about was actually a disposable and not 510 thread. She assured me it was and lo and behold when I get home it’s a 510 thread now I need a new battery lol. Please hire budtenders who actually know what they are talking about instead of pretending like they do….

Bad customer service this morning lol. I think it’s a new girl, short hair and glasses. Let her know to lock the door if the store is “closed” lmao. Rude and unprofessional. I hope you enjoyed your extra time on your phone girlypop. 🫶

Love the atmosphere is this place, has a "kick off ya shoes and relax ya feet"', type of vibe I DIG IT! The ladies inside have the best customer service in the city of Stillwater.
