Let me start by saying Best Experience Ever!!! My first time in a new Dispo is always exciting! I'm always curious what Brands they carry. Vice has a TON of pre rolls and some flower grown by Vice Farms.... so you know it's good and tasty! I was pleasantly surprised with the wide variety of vapes! Everything from 2g disposables, carts, live resin, diamonds.... Everything short of Snoop Dogg blazing in the parking lot.... which has tons of handicap accessible parking.... This place might be perfect! I got some great deals on some top quality flower, concentrates and gummies. The Budtenders were super friendly and knowledgeable! I was fortunate to learn about several new strains that just arrived. I love some good, fresh flower!!!! Can't say enough about this place, except, I'll see y'all again soon!!! Keep up the good work!!!

I have been a loyal customer for years, dating back to when this location was connected with Juicy Vapor Lounge. At that time, I could get my vape products and cannabis in one place, and more importantly, the staff made it feel like home. They welcomed you, learned your name, talked with you, and treated you like a human being—not just a transaction. When the partnership with Juicy ended, I was disappointed, but I adapted and found another place for vapes. I stayed loyal to Vice because it still felt like home. I continued to come in regularly and sent friends and family there because of the atmosphere, the staff, and the way customers were treated. It was always full of smiles, conversation, and genuine connection. Over the past few months, that has changed. When I walk in now, I am no longer greeted by name. The warmth and familiarity are gone. The experience feels cold and disconnected, like I’m walking into a place that no longer knows or values its customers. I understand that staff changes happen, but the newer employees do not create a welcoming environment. Many appear unfamiliar with the products and processes, and even checking out has become slow and uncomfortable. What once felt like a second home now feels like a place I no longer belong. I waited, hoping things would improve, because I truly didn’t want to leave. Unfortunately, the experience continues to decline, and I’ve reached the point where I need to find a new place to spend my money. This is not written out of anger—it’s written out of sadness and disappointment. A business that once made people feel seen and valued is losing that identity, and loyal customers are feeling it. I genuinely hope this feedback is taken seriously and that the culture that once made this place special can be restored.

Nice looking shop with lots of options. Easy to sign up. Staff was friendly and helpful, even pointed out a nice sale that was going on. Product was great.
