Just moved to Oklahoma and went through the process of the med card this shop is only 4 minutes from me and the guy that is always in there is very helpful and patient with explaining everything without being pushing this is by far my favorite and will continue to go back
Tonight I went into the store behind a lady and was waiting in line. As the lady went to the atm two older men walked in and after she found what she wanted I stepped up but instead of helping me he ignore me and started helping the other customers. I was never once acknowledged from the start of me walking in so I left and went to bee high and had a way better experience.it was a light skin man with glasses that was working but not sure of his name.
If you want to find rude people, go in there like I just did. A vape pen that was dead from new, I brought back with packaging a week and a half later. I haven't been back because it's extremely out of the way and inconvenient, but I made the trip to get an even exchange and their policy is one week. One week? That's right. So, the lady at the counter didn't do the right thing and exchange it, instead followed "policy". So that's 20 bucks flushed. It's ok, I'll never spend another dime in there. All good. To whomever runs this place, get rid of the rude unhelpful people. Or not. I won't be back, so little do I care.
DO NOT GO HERE WHEN ITS NIGHT SHIFT!!! Sam/Sammy is a huge ego head that thinks he’s better than everyone, he looks down on you for even coming inside the store he’s that’s weird. He was also very unhelpful when I was trying to find something and also gave attitude for asking about it. Long story short they need to hire better people and do not shop here until they do.
I LOVE THE HIGH SOCIETY DISPO! The style is on point! Everything is easy to see and is set up beautifully! DONNIE RAY IS THE BEST BUD TENDER OF ALL THE BUD TENDERS! Super helpful and so kind and full of personality! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
