Blue Water Dispensary

Long time customer, spent many of thousands here, sent many, many people here. This makes 3 times I've bought bunk flower. The first was Kush Connect, and I literally got 2 entire bags of seeds and shake with some stems and leaves. That went in the trash. The second was White Mousse and that entire ounce was so dry it just immediately turned to dust. This time it's Method. The flower absolutely was not cured correctly, was not dried correctly, was not trimmed correctly, and smelled like 100 percent HAY. It smoked so harsh I couldn't even finish a joint. So for the first time ever I called to see if I could exchange, and got told no, but I could get 15% off my next purchase. So I can risk more money buying bunk flower that's not smokeable. That shouldn't be on the shelf. That's literally unsellable but still being sold. I get I can't exchange, but after all I've spent there, you can't even make it right by destroying this garbage flower I bring back to you, and giving me a penny ounce or something? $65 off a top shelf ounce? Nope, I will now have to go buy another ounce elsewhere to have something and throw this in the trash. Wild. Definitely lost a customer. They can give out free prerolls, they can give out free ounces for points, but won't let me trash this disgusting flower and give me another ounce of smokeable product, not even a few hours after I bought it is crazy business. I can't see or smell the flower now that it's prepackaged. So I have to rely on them to choose solid, and smokeable product. They failed, and I had to pay for it. Sad too, because I really liked this place and the budtenders. Bad business and I'll make sure I stop my friends from coming back as well.

Prices are pretty high, but they have a decent selection and friendly staff.

Well, let us see if this review gets published, as seemingly all of my reviews for this dispensary on Weedmaps, from 2024 as an example, are still pending. I am autistic, and I choose where I shop based on Weedmaps menu, and this dispensary has never had a correct Weedmaps menu in my memory. First, they had 1000mg nano gummies for $2.59 listed, and screenshot by both myself and the budtender on duty. That was a mislisting, and one of the two things I went in for. The other was 1000mg Punch (I said smack in Weedmaps incorrectly) Chocolate bars, which were not in stock, and apparently a “special buy” that was still listed as in stock. So, as with previous experiences, I left anxious, disappointed, and in need of medicine, all of which cause serious mental distress. However, as my previous reviews on Weedmapsabout similar issues from 2024 and before are still pending, I have my doubts that anyone cares about these issues. But I am trying here on google anyway. An important note: Jamie was the budtender on duty, and he tried exceedingly hard to find something that would help me. He is a good budtender.

I bought the permanent marker strain from six different dispensaries to compare quality and prices in the area. No other dispo even comes close to Bluewater or Pharmers Market! The price, look, smell, flavor, and quality is hands down the best! On top of that they have the nicest and most knowledgeable staff, always ready and willing to help me find exactly what I need. Char is awesome and he’s always super helpful! I refuse to shop anywhere else!

Lots of choices. All price points. Nice gal Espy helped us. Quick and easy. She also has great phone customer service skills.
