Nirvana Dispensary - Elyria | Medical & Non-medical Dispensary

I have smoked weed my whole life im 52 so im not new to this the only reason this place has a 4 1/2 star rating is because people either have no choice or they don't know better I’ve had croutons with more moisture. I’ve seen Sahara sand with more life in it. If tumbleweeds had a dispensary, this would be their premium reserve. The only high I got was my blood pressure from being mad. Would not recommend unless you’re trying to season a cast‑iron skillet or summon ancient desert spirits.

Brandon at the front desk was very great with customer service and very friendly. Helped me with my job application. And Brett in the back was very amazing with his knowledge and customer service too. Recommended a weed candy that is like my favorite candy, which is jolly ranchers. Brett was very patient with me too which helped me calm down (social anxiety) And all the other staff is very friendly and not afraid to strike convo with you! Very much Recommend coming here to get items or just to strike convo with the staff! Both are very amazing! Keep up the amazing work!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! Went online and pre ordered, got a text saying that it was ready. Went there 10 minutes after i received text and order was NOT ready. 6 people behind me ordered when they got there and received their orders before me. Didn't have time to wait around so I left and came back half hr later. The person who walked in behind me was served first. I was then told that my order had been lost but they could try and find it again if I stuck around. McDonald's has better service than this place. Don't waste your time or money on their overpriced products or their terrible service. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I had Lorenzo this time, he didn’t say much to me looked at all my product threw it in the bag and that was it. Normally they show me what I got and make sure it’s all right, at least say Hi how are you? I hope I don’t have him again! Other than that I love all the other staff I’ve had and I tip them! No tip given today!

Kind of a weird experience. The front was great. Easy going check in. Had a few people come in behind me had to wait for them to check in before he would take us to the back. Now we get in the back. Myself being the first one in the lobby. First one checking in. First one in the back. I should have been served before the other two people that arrived after I did. But I was served last. Seemed like the other two had a slightly larger purchase and may have been regular customers. With this interaction I'll never be returning to nirvana. Customers should always be first come first serve. Sometimes that's understandable that it needs to be adjusted because maybe the first person has a way larger order than the others but that was far from the case here. This dispensary will be going on my list "places to not go"
