Customer Reviews
Was shorted $27 change on a curbside order. Given $3 instead of the $30. they had to "review the cameras" before they would believe me and give me my full change. The employee who gave me incorrect change was rude from the start, barely pleasant when she greeted me. I got my change back in the end, and a cheap battery for my hassle. I used to be a repeat customer, must have spent thousands of dollars here, but this makes me want to take my business elsewhere. Ill at least be checking my bag EVERY time now, since apparently I have to. As if i needed one more reason to be buying these prerolls at the end of this week... this unfortunate experience at a once loved dispensary.
As a General Manager in the customer service industry, I find the lack of communication here completely unacceptable. I work in a much faster-paced environment where performance is measured by speed, accuracy, and several other high-stakes factors—all without receiving tips. I’ve tried calling this dispensary multiple times to no avail and have even used the 'Contact Us' form on the website, yet I haven’t received a single response to my questions. It’s frustrating that a loyal customer spending significant money is ignored, while the team seems incredibly quick to reply to negative Google reviews just to save face. I have over 60 points, and since Ohio regulations—unlike Michigan—restrict points to accessories only, I want the math. If I buy a $20 accessory, how many points can I actually apply and what is the exact dollar-off value? I feel uncomfortable asking budtenders in person because the heavy 'tipping culture' makes me feel obligated to pay extra just to get basic account info. Given that budtenders earn a full hourly wage (unlike servers) and Ohio prices are already sky-high, I shouldn't have to pay a 'tip tax' just to find out how to use the rewards I’ve already earned. Waitstaff: In Ohio, the tipped minimum wage is $5.50/hour (as of 2026). They rely almost entirely on your tips to survive. Budtenders: They are not paid like waitresses. In the Elyria/Cleveland area, the average budtender makes between $16.00 and $19.00 per hour plus benefits.
Literally sold me the wrong device and when I asked for a refund, they said it’s the same thing, Definitely not one last longer I have been smoking for 15 years And went to school for it I think I know. Very rude Front desk lady just go to Nirvana. It’s cheaper anyways.
I used to really love this dispensary. Would go A LOT. I got a defective product (cartridge) and called them ahead to return it and get a replacement. I did get said product on a deal day… and when it came time for the replacement, they didn’t want to honor the original sales price and wanted it at its original price ($20 more). But… it wasn’t my fault the product was defective….? I don’t know. I took my money right to a different dispensary, at least. I think they should at least let others know they don’t honor sales prices on replaced items. Maybe in bigger print somewhere if not it’s already there. Or maybe on the receipts of deals. Very unfortunate, like I said used to love. Just think others should know. AND this wasn’t the first defective cartridge I bought from here. They didn’t seem to give me a problem when it happened in the past. Oh well.
I love this place! My wife and i been shopping here since they opened. All of the staff members are so welcoming and they know me by my name lol i know this because when certain staff see coming they know I have an online order and will grab my order before seeing my name.I consider frx to be my home store. I've tried other stores in my area but it doesn't feel the same. I love the sales that they have. I tried a lot of brands flower from here and I've never been let down yet. Yeah some brands are better then others but FRX brand and Hill fire and Butterfly Effect in that order our my top 3. Keep being great at what yall do!
