This used to be our go to place. Never had any issues. I am a caregiver for my hubby, and I have always been able to place online orders for him to pick up, as he is not tech savvy in the least. Today I placed an order for him, and they refused to give him his meds. I will be using Story dispensary from now on for sure.
Love love loved the team that was working & assisted me with my order today! Key, Matthew and Ashley were all phenomenalllll and I’ll be back for them specially! They gave me soooo much insight on what I did not know about their products and were just the most amazing people! Put a smile on my face, got me the goods and got something for my boyfriend. It was a Win-Win!
This is NOT the place to go if you want a quick online experience. There was a little wait when I first got there but I didn’t mind. What made me upset that when it was my turn the budtender shouted at me from his counter “any changes to your order” and then helped the customer who walked in after me. If he had communicated with me what was going on then I wouldn’t be here writing this review. Please communicate to ALL your customers and not just your friends who walks in!
Great merchandising and staff. We were welcomed at the door by Joe and helped by Ashley, Tony, and Shawn in the shop. Everyone was friendly and helpful, including the security guard whose name I didn’t catch. My first time visiting and will definitely come again.
What a magnificent luxury deluxe fine fun beautiful establishment with a entire cast of the best bud tenders and employees available. Everyone was so kind welcoming fun cool chill my favorite two bartenders were Ryan and Tony. They were just absolutely incredible especially Tony. He really helped me with every thousands of my questions. This is the best dispensary in all of Cleveland and you would be a fool to not come to this dispensary and go to any other dispensary is wasting your time Because this is the best dispensary of all of Ohio
