Zen Leaf Cannabis Dispensary
About Zen Leaf Cannabis Dispensary
Hartwell's Zen Leaf Cannabis Dispensary on Vine St holds a 4.2 rating from nearly 1,000 reviews. Daily hours run 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. The Cannabis store gets mixed feedback that's worth reading carefully before committing to the drive. The interior gets praise for being clean and well-designed, and security staff are mentioned positively in multiple reviews. Specific budtenders like Brittney come up in five-star reviews for personable, professional service. The recurring complaints are slow online order pickup times even when the order was placed well in advance, and a menu reviewers describe as narrower than nearby competitors. Pricing is in line with Ohio market norms, which reviewers acknowledge isn't really the dispensary's fault. If you can handle a longer pickup wait and aren't chasing the deepest menu in town, the staff experience is generally positive on the customer service side. Closer Cincinnati shoppers may want to compare options before committing to this one.

Customer Reviews
They have okay prices but not the widest selection. Also, they are slow as molasses. I went on a weekday afternoon around 1:00 and it took a full 10 minutes for them to get me my stuff even though I had ordered online and was just there to pick up. This doesn't seem like a long time, but I had gotten a Lyft there and because they took so long my Lyft driver left me. Given that there were only two people in there waiting to be served but the people who were working there took so long to do simple transactions I am left very annoyed.
The first few times I went my experience was much different. I had a wonderful, friendly bud tender. She was helpful and warm. (The prices in Ohio are what they are people. Go to Michigan for cheaper 🤷♀️) Anyways, she would recognize me each time I came in, though it wasn't frequent, and would give a little wave even if she wasn't the one taking care of me. With the prices and selection being pretty even around Cincy people like her are the reason I would come to this store after trying others. Adam (I believe his name was)was the opposite. He was cold and rude. He was oblivious to the few (3) people that were in the store waiting. My call ahead order wasn't ready. I was a little early which usually isn't an issue but that's okay. He admonished me for sitting in the "wrong" spot. I was waiting in line for a while without my walker and my legs were weakening. So I sat down. I had been in the front of the line for at least five minutes before I sat. I know he had to have seen me. He brought up the wrong items what seemed like numerous times without communicating what he was doing. The entire exchange was uncomfortable and cold. There's no competitive sales edge in this market in Ohio yet. Your people are what will matter. The vibe in this place was not welcoming at all.
I had a review from 9 months ago, and 2 edits to it spaced apart over that time! All good stuff, but deleted it and wanted to update. I'm always impressed by how clean and nice looking the interior is, and how friendly security has been. Brittney (hope I got the spelling) helped me today. She was sweet and personable, she was very professional and fast service too, but didn't feel like I was rushed at all. Would come back based on her customer service alone. Got stuff on sale which is really nice this time of year. Happy customer here ♥
Bad service, dry buds. Deceptive market practices. Edit: I was a frequent customer and made a purchase every few weeks. Quick in and out usually. Staff friendly, I feel it's in patronizing way that I don't care for but that's probably just me. Freshness is an opinion I need to shop around to see what competition is like. Big issue is that I was mislead by the website, which resulted in me purchasing more than my normal amount thinking I would save money. I was confused when numbers didn't seem to make sense. While trying to explain this to the employees I was called a liar and laughed at. When in reality they did not know what they were talking about and they were lying to me. Adds to the patronizing issue because what they think of your intelligence and their lack of ability to help or even understand customer issues was made apparent. They are real nice until you have a problem. Phone lines are better but not much. Good product selection.
Showed up 6pm on a Saturday, was in and out in 10 minutes no pre-order. Soul was in such a good mood, really made me love the place. Her suggestion was fantastic. Im from the area but now live 30 minutes away and stopped in just because I was near- and I will be back! Crew up front was nice too! Just didnt catch his name. Thanks again Soul and Zenleaf!
