John helped me out tonight. This dude seemed extremely few short moments we interacted as he prepared my order. I really liked that at the end he politely asked me if I would like to scan the QR code and leave him a review. I low key wish everybody would do that because I 100% would leave a review every single time... I just sometimes forget the names and then I feel really silly, and a bit rude, leaving a review for the really super beautiful lady with all the really rad face piercings and the most down to earth, cute little, big-personality EVER , who I really wish I would've gotten her naaammmeee!! Anyways, John, you killed it my guy!

I’m always met with a positive experience when Jason W. is at the front desk. He’s friendly, professional, and communicative. He seems like a manager because he knows what’s going on. He makes sure everything is running smoothly, and gets everyone moving to a bud tender. Nice bud tenders, clean shop, don’t understand why there’s no security!

I recently moved out of Cincinnati a few months ago. Every time I come back home to visit I absolutely HAVE to come here lol. Julia is the best I always go to her. She’s very knowledgeable and the sweetest person I’ve ever met. I love this place and continue to come especially to visit my favorite worker.

The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure you get exactly what you need. DeMarco especially deserves a shoutout—he’s been incredible every time. Super professional, patient, and always takes the time to explain products, effects, and options without ever making you feel rushed. His customer service alone keeps me coming back. The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with quality products, and the vibe is always comfortable and respectful. This place has earned my loyalty, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a dispensary that actually values its customers. Hands down one of the best around.
