Sunnyside Recreational and Medical Marijuana Dispensary - Cincinnati

My first time to Sunnyside, and a dispensary. Magic Matt made this experience a wonderful one. He gave me advice and walked me thru the process of completing my purchase. Matt explain how I should use the product to get the best experience for me. He made it really personal and made me want to come back to Sunnyside again. Thanks Matt from your 57yr old first timer. It is a five star experience every time I come into the store no matter when. Today however the staff was phenomenal. It began as soon as I walked into the store I was hopeful that I maybe able to add a couple of things to my order and the 1st thing the two workers up front asked, “if I needed to add anything?” As a matter of fact awesome humans I do! Then they proceeded to help me out right then and there! So as soon as I added a couple of items to my order (which seriously good looking out they were both super helpful and friendly about it!) then I felt like Shrek walking into Duloc 🤣 got to meet Jarred who greeted me as soon as I stepped up in line helped me check out he too was super duper friendly, we had a great convo waited for the add on’s (which was actually quick) or at least seemed like it lol. Bottom line thanks to how efficiently everyone worked together and the humanity shown this place is definitely a good vibe

Solomon was so energetic and kind. He went over and beyond to assist me with my questions. I appreciate the great customer service, a lot of places these days lack that. Thanks Solomon, we’ll be back!

We were welcomed and greeted with a smile when we arrived! Very professional and a lot of variety of choices with great value! Matt was my Bud tinder for recreational cannabis and very knowledgeable. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and he had some very good recommendations. I bought some fantastic flower , a vape by Cresco and night time wellness gummies to help me sleep. Matt was very nice and I definitely will be back to see him soon.

Dru is fantastic! I went to pick up an order, and as I arrived at the counter, he let me know of a promotion they were having that I was unaware of. I was not sure I understood the deal, so Dru explained it thoroughly and saved me quite a bit of money. He was a perfect example of a great employee!
