My only complaint is the website is so slow it will freeze while browsing so much so that the website is unusable. I thought maybe it was my phone or my internet but none of the other websites or any of the other dispensaries I use have this issue. So until the website is fixed I will just go to another dispensary. But on that note I will say I've enjoyed the shop every time I stop in staff is amazing and very helpful.
Nectar has great products, amazing hours of availability, and the most welcoming, helpful, and informative staff! Personal shout out to Amy who greeted me with smiles and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible!
Great customer service. But it's very concerning when the disposable vapes can be opened and messed with. Same with 510 threads. Ohio needs to make these more safe from theft and contamination.... Kinda scary when half your oil is leaking and you don't have a clue if someone put something in it ..
This place is AMAZING!! The staff is always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable!! Always smiling and friendly if I’m there at 7am on a Sunday morning or there at 1050pm they help you find what helps you!! Tonight JR and Gretchen aka “Lady” went above and beyond this evening! ONLY PLACE TO SHOP IN CINCINNATI. I past four other dispensaries on my way To Nectar 5 mile!
I was very pleased with my visit to Nectar. 😀 It is a beautiful store! 🌸 It is spotless, well organized and lots of products on display for a closer look. 👍 The employees are polite, responsive and are happy to help. I'm not sure about you, but some dispensaries around here lack good customer service, especially for people like myself who are interested in branching out and trying new products and methods. When I put in an order online, it was ready quickly with good communication. 👍 They have competitive pricing as well. 👌 Loving this place & I will return often as well as recommend them. ❤️
