I've never had anything short of a great experience! Super awesome staff! Casper is a great bud tender and I will never go anywhere else! Not to mention the super great deals they have going on, on top of some really high quality products.

Imma be as real as I can be with this. First of all Carlos was as friendly and helpful as could be. Hook him up with a damn raise and no he didn't complain, I AM lol There are bad dispensaries. That does not mean ALL dispensaries will be. R.Greenleaf was my #1 spot before Everest came along. And when Everest went down in my area, R.Greenleaf never quit. Yes there has been issues with the delivery system but that's happened with other dispensaries too. The negative reviews to me come from people who just didn't get their fix when they wanted it. Straight up. R.Greenleaf is great, you just have to know what you want,give em a call if you feel uneasy and have some patience. Stay blessed y'all.

(One Star - Platform Default for Zero Stars)Title: Lost a Customer Due to Extremely Poor Performance and Unprofessional Service This review is for the R. Greenleaf location on Montgomery in Albuquerque. The Experience & Staff: The atmosphere of the dispensary was clean and well-lit, but the customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. I went in today for my birthday expecting a positive experience and to use my rewards points. I was helped by a budtender (woman with glasses and her hair tied back in a ponytail). She informed me I had $10 off I could use. Instead of focusing on finding a product for a loyal customer, the service became terrible. I was getting poor customer service and the budtender focused only on the discount, making it clear she was attempting to take the value of my free item/discount to put in her tip jar instead of working to complete a sale or create a positive customer reaction. Transaction Failure & Pricing: I mentioned that I don't smoke and can't use the sugar gummies, and asked about drinks or capsules (the Elixirs). However, due to the budtender's extremely unprofessional attitude and focus on personal gain, I left without purchasing anything at all. This location demonstrated a complete lack of regard for customer retention. They prioritized a small potential tip over providing professional service and ensuring a positive experience for a customer on their birthday. Overall Verdict: Overall, I would absolutely NOT recommend this R. Greenleaf location. They have lost a customer due to this poor performance. The worst part of my visit was the unprofessional conduct of the staff member. I would strongly suggest that management provide immediate training on professional ethics and customer service negotiation to ensure staff prioritize the customer's experience over trying to claim discounts for themselves.

I’ve been coming to R Greenleaf since before they legalized recreational cannabis when I had my medical card about 6 years ago and I must say they have the friendliest customer service and best deals and products. Matthew was no exception and upsold me to a premium J that hit the spot. Thank you for being part of our community R Greenleaf!
