Normally I never have an issue. Regular customer and always fine. Today I came in and the person was not very polite. She made me feel rushed. Then I waited for my ride. Asked the person at the front if I could. I mean I just spent money here. He said yes. Then the lady comes out again and asks me if I forgot something, VERY rudely. Again I explained I was waiting for my ride. Then another lady came out and questioned me too. I have never been treated so rudely at any oasis and I don't appreciate that at all.
I absolutely love this location. Its clean, beautiful and the staff is amazing. Dakota took real good care of us! 10/10 do recommend
I've being going to oasis for a lil more than a year now. BudTender/Front desk Alex is awesome. She always has a great attitude shes very welcoming has amazing vibes and a big wonderful smile that lights up the room everytime I Go into your location. I will go outta my way just so I can shop at your store. She is a wonderful employee Oasis is very very lucky to have her. 😀👍
I put on a online order in at 11:20am and it told me a price was 75.60 I was good with that but they never told me my order was ready so I called and the lady working said it was ready. So then I got the text back that it was ready this was at 4:04pm so I went to pick it up and they told me the deal was over and charged me $84.00 There services was Poor and I had to pay at the end of it wasn’t very cool. This is usually one of my best places to go to just had a bad experience this time. Hopefully this will help everything and help out other customers.
This is the usual, go to dispensary for us. They have a great selection and best prices I’ve seen in the whole state. All of the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ryan hooked us up last time we stopped in! He’s super friendly and has a lot of great recommendations! Check them out!
