Went in for a listed deal on the website, the product was faulty twice, manager made it right. I wish I had gotten thier names but the manager and young lady working were great. I truly appreciate competent management and courtious, friendly customer service. Today is 2/6/26 the two people working need some kind of recognition, raise, bonus, something. Take note corporate and reward these people.

Today I went to the dispensary. It took me a while to get there because there was so much construction and traffic in the area. Savannah made it such an enjoyable experience. It was early this morning. I hope that I got her name right I wrote it down and asked her for it. She has the best customer service. Everyone needs to go and give her a big thank you today because I really appreciate the hard work she puts into the cannabis culture. It’s rare to have good customer service these days
