I paid cash for my product, yesterday. Today there is a ACH debit card charge for the same amount and nothing can be done because the manager is not in all weekend. He was so worried about my two profiles, that he also double charged me. But instead of the manager calling back and taking care of it I have to wait till Monday. They don't seem to care about a 100 dollar mistake when it is not there money and now I have to cover their mistake. Probably will lead to me having to pay more money with fees because "the manager isn't available till Monday". That's horrible. I have been going here for many years at least 5 and never have I had a bad experience. The cashier's name is Jayson hope I never get him again.
Mo, was so pleasant and fun to deal with! This was my first time in the shop and she was very knowledgeable about product & making recommendations. I loved the store, very cozy & intimate...especially the fireplace. I really enjoyed my experience there & Mo was wonderful. I look forward to coming back !

First off, the employee Sky was amazing!!! Her personality was so energetic and positive, and made me just wanna buy more!! lol but seriously, the environment is awesome, when you walk in, it’s all decked out with Halloween decorations!!! They have so many deals that suit everyone!!! I love it here! It’s my new spot!!! 💯
