Prohibition 37 – Albuquerque (San Mateo NE)

Guy in glasses is slow as hell. And everything I tried ordering was out of stock, once I finally came across something it ended up being a bag or leaves. No joke. Didn't buy it just left. Wasted about 10-15 minutes on a disappointment.

I want to acknowledge Ricky and Shanna for great customer service and great bud tender experience!!! Was very easy to find what we needed with their help! Their awesome!!

Nobody should be posting reviews under somebody else’s name. If you want free products, find another way to get them. I have never had a bad experience at P 37 and I have nothing bad to say about this company… Sincerely, THE ONLY CANNACRITIC.

I wanted to leave some feedback about one of the newer guys working at P37. He’s helped me a few times now, and every time I’ve left feeling uncomfortable. His energy is very monotone and it honestly feels like he doesn’t want to be there. He also doesn’t seem familiar with the products at all. Each time he’s helped me, he’s seemed extremely out of it and unfocused. He even forgot to ring up items I specifically asked for. I’ve never had that vibe from anyone else at this location. Usually I come in and leave happy, but lately I’m walking out wondering if my business is even valued. I felt like I was bothering him just by asking questions. He might be a great person, but he doesn’t seem to know much about cannabis or the culture around it. The most he says is “that one’s good,” which doesn’t really help when choosing strains. On top of that, the store itself feels like it’s changing, and not in a good way. Some of the newer platinum strains haven’t been hitting at all. Anything worth buying is gone by the next visit. There are so many strains on the shelves but the quality isn’t consistent anymore. It’s starting to feel like the kind of shop people avoid. I’m sharing this because I’ve been a loyal customer and I genuinely want to see this place do better. I hope things improve because I used to really enjoy coming here.

Jonah was great and helpful! Jose was super chill we were all laughing and enjoying picking out what we wanted to get. Prices are solid and of course the flower was GAS!! Ended up leaving with more than expected and still was in my budget! My new spot for sure.
