First I would like to say I absolutely love the staff here, and the generally great prices. 4 stars is because as of recent according to employees management no longer allows you to smell products. Now, I'm not talking about sealed containers, I understand that. However, we used to be able to smell and look at CanaPeak brand.

Been coming to wax Wednesdays since I can’t remember! I have like 4000 points ! So disappointing to see they changed their BOGO . Now they want you to buy two and get one free ?? The wax has gotten so much better over the last months but seriously please change the buy one get one deal back . Thank you . 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽✊🏽 also the atm charges 4.75 +3.22+3.22 in fees . 10$ to use the ATM is outlandish.

This dispensary sold me an unsealed and opened prepackaged ounce and refused to honor their own return policy! Selling an unsealed package as sealed is deceptive. To insinuate I tampered with the package myself is offensive. But to not honor your own return policy is just bad business. I can’t trust or guarantee that any product from these guys hasn’t been tampered with, skimmed off, or just straight up replaced with an inferior product and apparently neither can they. For that I will never spend my money here again! This ounce is from a brand I’m familiar with and know seals their product. It was an online order and I was not shown my product before leaving the store. I called Oasis as soon as I noticed the defective product (about 15 mins after pick up) to let them know and was told to bring it back and they would “definitely” exchange it for a properly sealed package. Upon my return I was told by an employee that their budtenders should be checking product before packing for online orders, they should be showing product before accepting payment, and that I was not in the wrong for wanting to exchange my product. However, after picking out a replacement, the manager then returned and said they would not be able to honor their own return policy because they could not say for sure when the product was unsealed. Even after reiterating that the product was sold to me in an unsealed and defective state to begin with, they refused to correct their mistake. AGAIN, they can’t guarantee that their product hasn’t been tampered with and when they’re called out on it, they refuse to do the right thing! Just thought I’d let the public know before they think of spending their money here.

i am sooooo late (weeks) to this review but RENÈA* (she’s short and sweet) was amazing. showed me all the deals, was quick and efficient, and made me laugh soooo much. i left my phone there on accident and she saved it for me

Jazmyn was amazing! She had lots of personality, was very patient, talked me through deals, and helped make my first time a great experience!
