Every time Alex helps me I get stuck behind a line when my online order is ready. He is the only employee to not get my already made order for me so I can get out. I pay the extra fee for Dutchie to make it convenient. I can hear other customers frustration in the store and in reviews. I complained to management and they are going to speak to him. Felt lied to about a policy about so many being people in line. He changed the numbers of when he doesn’t do online priority; so he is unfamiliar with policy or totally made that up on the spot as an excuse. Gave me attitude when honestly, giving my already made order could have sped up his line and left more space in the lobby (which had 3 people in the lobby…) Does he think himself a drug dealer on the street? Customer service please.
Went in to grab me a treat for my birthday and Alex was a great help! He was super friendly and answered all my questions and gave suggestions about each item I inquired about. I can see why my husband likes this location so much! Thank you for all you do, we appreciate you! 🥰
There is a heavier set lady who's the "manager" with huge hair. Every single time I go in, I use Dutchie pay. Which I love, and is one of the only reasons I drive an hour. The ATM doesn't work for my bank, so I went out of my way to share my bank information to set up dutchie pay. My issue is, why does every other store, every other employee, allows me to use dutchie pay. But she won't. This is now the 3rd time I've driven to this location to be given the run around about why she specifically won't allow me to use wasting hours of my day. AGAIN. I've spend good money there, and to be treated the way she does, is unprofessional and I do not plan on forgoing back to this establishment. I seriously hope that she can be given the proper training on how to operate the POS that you guys advertise for, and customer service is awful. Every other employee has been a pleasure to deal with. That is the most frustrating part. She is flat out rude and not someone you want represent such a know and valued company in ALB.
