You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers. On top of that, Joanna has such a friendly, positive vibe that just made the whole visit AWESOME.
Customer service here is really great. Their brand of live rosin was unfortunately not great. It tasted like mold and ethanol. Im not sure what happened but it was not good. When I brought it to their attention though it was fantastic. They told me to bring it back and gave me a refund. The BotaPharm live rosin I bought was delightful and like I said they way they handled the Iron Lung stuff not being good was stellar. I will definitely be back
Jose is just one of many staff that I regularly interact with. They are all great! Tonight I had Jose and he immediately recognized me and the fact I had not been back for a couple weeks. He also remembered what I go in there for. He immediately said that they had new supply of Elevated Wax for me and even remembered that I enjoy Sativa Dominant strains. I never leave disappointed. They are like another family to me.
Absolutely LOVE the entire crew. Alyx is an absolute GOAT! Always very friendly and knowledgeable, super sweet and always has a great attitude. I always ask for wax recommendations and Alyx always comes in clutch. Knows the product better than anyone I know. Never upset when I see Alyx for a purchase :)
I have been here a few times recently and they destroy the other dispensaries. Friendly staff, diverse offerings, good prices, awesome advice. I have tried a few other's but Dark matter is the best. Even if you are new to these products, give them a try, you wont be disappointed.
