About Amnesia Dispensary

On Isleta Blvd SW, this Amnesia location sits in Albuquerque's south valley and runs from 8 AM to 11 PM every day. With 482 reviews and a 4.7 average, it's one of the busier south-side options for both recreational shoppers and medical patients. Reviewers regularly call out competitive prices and friendly counter staff, though feedback is mixed: a handful of one-star reviews mention frustration with management interactions and a strain mix-up that wasn't resolved on the spot. Worth knowing before you go. The store carries the typical New Mexico recreational lineup of flower, concentrates, vapes, edibles, and pre-rolls from a range of state producers. Late closing means you can swing through after dinner without rushing, and the southwest-Albuquerque location is convenient for Isleta Pueblo travelers and south valley residents alike. Recreational and medical 21+ customers welcome with valid ID. Worth a stop for the prices and hours, especially if you already know what strain you're after when you walk in.

Customers mention:
  • Great prices on flower
  • Open until 11 PM nightly
  • Friendly counter staff
  • Mixed feedback on management

I thought the employees needed better training. Than I asked to speak with management. When the "owner" made herself seen. I don't know a lot, I go in seeking advice. Thats never been an issue with any other dispensary. This one made me feel dumb, like I should have known. The owner was a itch with a B. She was a snobby good for nothing and the way she treated the employee. She snapped at him in front of everyone. Mind you I was upset with the employee. But after the way she treated him, I felt for the employee. The owner doesn't deserve a job let alone in a leadership role.Do not give these people a penny of your hard earned money.

So I came to amnesia because I heard they had the best weed it’s rated top in Albuquerque. I shouldn’t even given it a one star They deserve a minus -5 starsI. So I came in yesterday they sold me Two strains Subzero and cherry Lucious when I got home, it was the same strain. (Subzero) I spent almost $50 here and the Manager Wouldn’t give me What I had asked for.. They’re careless they’re unprofessional. I’m not a recreational patient. I’m a medical patient. For medical reasons, I need this, but they screwed up my prescription and now I’m stuck with the strain that looks like shit and smells like shit.. I do not recommend this place to anybody stay away from the subzero. It’s crappy weed.

Imagine being a business owner and thinking sarcasm is good customer service. Thanks for proving I made the right choice taking my money elsewhere. Hope the ‘correct license’ comes with a class on professionalism. I hope you have that same attitude when I pop back up there again.
