I’ve been a regular customer here for a while, but after hearing how the owner publicly responded to another customer’s review, I won’t be coming back. It’s disappointing to see a business treat people that way online. Word travels fast — and this kind of attitude isn’t a good look for any company, especially in such a competitive market.its sad that have good deals but I value good customer service first. That what keeps people coming back.

First time coming to this place. Bought a disposable vape. The vape brand did not match the packaging brand. Brought to their attention and they did nothing and said it was normal. I called another local dispensary and they told me they did not have that issue with their vapes and exchanged it for me. It was unprofessional for Amnesia to do nothing about it or even inform me before making the purchase.
