I’ve always had a great experience here, so this pains me to be writing a 1 star review. Today I came and in purchased 2 items. The clerk told me it would be $97. I gave her $100. She then asked if I wanted the receipt and I said yes. I looked at the receipt and it said the total was $80. I said “why does the receipt say $80 but you charged me $97?” She clearly got nervous and said “oh I used your points” (without telling me by the way…) and I said “okay so can I have my correct change?” She gave me a $10 bill and I I had to correct her and tell her she owes me $20 in change. Very shady business. Clearly this girl was trying to apply my points without telling me and take the rest of my change and pocket it. In all honesty, I’ve never once been told that I can gather points with my purchases, so this may not have been the first time this happened to me (I’ve been coming here for months). I still love this location, I just will be asking for my receipt from now on. If I were management, I’d be looking into this a little bit deeper (a young lady checked me out around 1:10pm on Sunday 2/8/2026. It was the register all the way to the left closest to the door. My receipt says Alexus on cash drawer 5).
Great shop with really good prices and friendly customer service
Neat place, very high quality cartridges and vapes. The best thing was they were extremely patient with a newbie like me. Will definitely return. Highly recommend.
